Are all of your pastries gluten-free?
Not all of our pastries are gluten-free. They’re always clearly labeled when they are! We use labels such as GF, DF (dairy-free), and V (vegan) in the store.
Is your kitchen peanut- or tree nut-free?
We cook with peanut butter on a regular basis and use almond milk in almost all of our products. While we do maintain safe practices to prevent cross-contamination, the risk is still there. We’ve had lots of requests to find an alternative to almond milk, which we are working toward. Never hesitate to call us at 402-486-4103 if you have specific questions.

Calling us is the best way to place your order. A phone call means we can answer your questions quickly and get your order placed as accurately as possible.
How much lead time do you need for orders?
It’s always best to order as soon as you know you need something! We prefer you place your order 48 hours in advance. Need it sooner? Give us a call and we’ll do our best!
What kind of drinks are available?
We have pour over coffee and iced toddy from local coffee roaster Cultiva, hot Bellocq tea, milk, and bubbly water.
Is the shop kid-friendly?
Absolutely! We love seeing your little rays of sunshine. We have both a play area and a changing table to ensure that families can have a space to enjoy their time.
Do you deliver?
We can deliver your orders, with advance notice. Delivery charges vary on the size of the order and final destination – please give us a call to inquire specifically at 402-486-4103.
Are your pastries different every day?
We change our flavors almost every day to keep your taste buds happy – and to keep our creativity flowing! We do have some staples that will be in the case each day, but if you’re craving something specific and heading our way, it’s always a good idea to give us a call first to be sure we have it!
