Starting on today (12/9), we’ll be serving soup with sweet potatoes grown by ShadowBrook Farm! We’ll also have scones with their Graydon blue cheese. We’re proud to have ShadowBrook Farm as one of our produce and cheese providers.
ShadowBrook Farm is a family-owned farm that spans 34 acres just outside of Lincoln. Charuth and Kevin are devoted to sustainable farming practices and growing fresh vegetables without GMO-seed or chemicals. Their love of the land is evident in the quality food they produce. You can also find a herd of goats on their land that provide milk for hand-crafted, artisan goat cheese.
We fully support our regional food system where we can directly support our local economy and farms.
